The objective of the second Roundtable Discussion on Trade Facilitation was to bring together ASEAN Institutions and private sector representatives to discuss in an informal setting two diverse, but equally important, issues of relevance to the private sector in ASEAN and intimately related to ASEANs trade facilitation agenda: the implementation of the ASEAN Non-Tariff Measures (NTMs) Guidelines and the modalities of institutional coordination on NTMs among relevant ASEAN bodies. The workshop was attended by Government Officials from ASEAN Member Countries, Private Sectors, University, and European Union Delegation to Thailand.
