Regional freight forwarders such as DHL strongly believe in and support ACTS. A few weeks ago DHL launched a white paper on road freight in Southeast Asia. ACTS is seen as a high-quality solution to the facilitated cross border transport of goods in ASEAN. ARISE Plus, funded by the EU, is working with ASEAN to expand the take-up of ACTS, which has been impacted by the pandemic.
